To further reward its employees, Valamar Riviera will pay a special prize for the successful first part of the tourist season.
A prize in the net amount of 500kn will be paid to all employees who work for an indefinite and definite period of time, which will be working on July 31, and will work for at least half a month through July. Students who will work for at least two weeks during July will receive a prize in the net amount of 300kn.

, director of the Human Resources Sector in Valamar Riviera, adding that the awards will be paid in August with salary / compensation for July.
Valamar is the first employer in tourism in Croatia that will pay its employees the 13th salary in the net amount of 5,000kn in December.
Valamar also provides its employees with minimum earnings between 5,000kn and 7,500kn net for the full monthly working hours.
For all permanent employees Valamar will also pay a Christmas bonus in the net amount of 2,000kn this year, and limited time contract employees will reward for seasonal work in the net amount of 700kn to 1,500kn depending on the completed number of hours.
