Cycle with a guide and discover our heritage
Ugljan and Pašman islands
Start point: Zadar
Ferry: Zadar - Ugljan island
We start our cycling trip from Kukljica, a picturesque tourist and fishing town. We avoid main roads through pathways along the coast to the Ždrelac bridge and the island of Pasman. We pass by the church of Lady of Snows and soon we will arrive at the bridge and island Pasman. At Neviđane we go along the main road. On our way to Neviđane the first place is Ždrelac which is known as a picnic place for citizens of Zadar because of many attractive beaches. A few kilometres southern we pass along the gentle village Banj which is known for the Churh of St.-Kuzma from 1356.
After Dobropoljana, we arrive in Nevidane, a place known for nice beaches and fine gastronomy. After a short break, we climb on the macadam road crossing the island, to come back at the bridge. On our journey to the North we have a view of Ravni Kotari and Velebit, and on the South the Dugi Otok and Kornati. We cross by nice vegetation, with bushes, pine trees and olives trees, overall with this tour there is the opportunity to see a range of abundant nature and beautiful landscapes with unique stop sights. There is also the possibility to reach Kablin to the main bridge to join the main road to Kukljica.
