Excursion's informationsThe Historic "Ciro" Railroad Trail, built between 1898 and 1901, started from Mostar, alongside the Neretva river, before to cross the Croatian countryside,till Dubrovnik.
Today, this railroad is reconstructed into a cycling track.
Our excursion starts with a visit to the famous Vjetrenica cave, the largest and most important cave in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Back on our bikes, we ride from Zavala till Trebinje, stopping on various resting and observation's points.
A break for lunch is made in Ivanica, where we can taste some local food, in a typical restaurant.
After replanishing our energy, we are continuing our bike trip, surrounding Trebinje, having a look on the beautifull nature and some historical remains, before to finish our tour in Zavala.
