Ljubljana: Discover the cultural heritage with a City guide

In our guided tour, we will walk around the city and visit the historical and cultural sights. Ljubljana is the capital and largest city of Slovenia and its only center of international importance. It is located in the center of the country in the Ljubljana Basin. Prešeren Square is the central square in Ljubljana. It is part of the old town´s pedestrian zone and a major meeting point, where festivals, Ljubljana carnival, concerts, sports, political, and protest events take place. Ljubljana Castle is a castle complex standing on Castle Hill above the downtown of Ljubljana. Originally a Medieval fortress, probably built in the 11th century and rebuilt in the 12th century. The National Museum of Slovenia, which was founded by the Carniolan State Parliament on the 15th of October 1821, is the oldest of all Slovenian museum institutions.
