Ćiro Trail: Cycling from a Roman Villa to the Sea
Starting point: Mostar
The tour begins with a transfer from Mostar to the ancient Roman villa Mogorjelo, located near Čapljina. After a short walk through this important archaeological site, participants take their bikes and ride through one of the most beautiful natural gems of the region – Hutovo Blato Nature Park.
The trail leads through wetlands, rich bird habitats, and untouched nature. Midway, there is a short break for refreshments at a local café with a panoramic view.
After the break, we continue cycling south, all the way to Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s only town on the Adriatic coast, where the tour ends by the sea and the scent of Mediterranean herbs.
