The Hotel Radin has 291 comfortable and welcoming rooms with all the necessary comfort for a relaxed vacation. Most single rooms have a queen bed and most double rooms can be fitted with an additional bed. Each room has a bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer, balcony, phone, radio, satellite TV, mini bar, bathrobe and safe. Some rooms have air conditioning and a French balcony; the remaining rooms have a balcony and no air conditioning.

Hotel Radin guests can choose from the hotel restaurant and a restaurant à la carte. In addition to local and international dishes, the hotel restaurant offers a range of vegetarian and diet dishes. The Park Restaurant, distinguished by a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, offers a wide range of local Prlekija dishes made to traditional tried and tested recipes. After a busy day filled with activities, the popular day bar is many a guest's choice to sit down and relax with a refreshing drink.

The Radenci Heath Resort pool complex comprises an indoor swimming pool with regular water, an indoor and outdoor thermal pool with thermal mineral water, an indoor pool with hot springs up to 37 °C, splashing pools for children with regular, heated and thermal water at 33-34 °C, a Kneipp pool with cold water and many other water features. Hotel Radin guests enjoy admission to the entire pool complex.
