The villa is built in traditional Istrian style - Rustic Design. On the outside is covered in decorative Istrian stone. The villa has a private garden decorated with familiar Mediterranean plants and trees, and outdoor rectangular swimming pool. The yard is fenced with stone fence with plants ensures peace and privacy of the villa. In addition to the villa is another one of our villas built in the same style. In the courtyard there are four parking spaces.Inside the villa is also equipped with rustic style design, board floors, and floors covered with ceramic tiles, and ceilings, adorned with decorative wooden beams. The living room has an open fireplace lined with decorative stone.

The villa consists of ground floor and first floor. The living area on the ground floor consists of a covered entrance, living room, kitchen and dining room bathroom, toilet, bedroom and covered balcony. The internal stairway access to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with bathrooms and two balconies.

The house is equipped with rustic style design furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped, dining is for six persons, living room with fireplace. Bedroom on the ground floor has a terrace that offers views of the garden and a terrace with swimming pool. Both bedrooms upstairs have a balcony offering a view of the courtyard and pool. In each bedroom there is a bathroom, one with a bathtub and one with tub and shower.
