Day 2. The Bay of Kotor
Europe´s southernmost fjord & largest Adriatic bay.

Transfer by boat: Island in the middle of the bay, with the Church of Our Lady.
Visit: the church and its small museum

Perast: The oldest town in the Bay of Kotor with beautiful Baroque architecture.
Lunch: Monastery of St. Anthony

The town is surrounded by an impressive medieval wall that rises to the fortress of St. John. As we enter the old town Venetian influence is visible in its architecture, several palaces, the Cathedral of St. Trifon, we will see the Tower and the Orthodox Churches.

Day 3. Mount Lovćen & Mausoleum of Njegoš
Within the Lovćen National Park, a staircase of 461 steps leads us to the Mausoleum of Petar II Petrović-Njegoš, a renowned poet-philosopher, founder of Montenegro, buried in a marble sarcophagus, built at an altitude of 1800 meters.

City tour: Cetinje
Cetinje is a historical Royal Capital of Montenegro. The town is located on a small karst plain surrounded by limestone mountains, including Mt. Lovćen, the Black Mountain from which Montenegro gets its name. We will see old buildings and palaces which are today museums, libraries and art galleries.

Day 4. Boat excursion: NP Skadar Lake
Skadar Lake is the largest lake on the Balkan Peninsula. The river Bojana creates a connection between Lake and the Adriatic Sea. This lake is the largest bird habitat in Europe. Surrounded by bays, capes and peninsulas, the lake also has a rich history and culture, evidenced by many archaeological sites, churches and monasteries.

The best way to experience the vast and historical heritage of Dubrovnik is to walk its streets and visit its monuments, through the famous Stradun and the 2 km long City Walls, churches, the Museum of the Franciscan Monastery, the Dominican Monastery, the Cathedral Treasury, the Rector´s Palace, the Maritime Museum, the Ethnographic Museum Rupe, the Dubrovnik Synagogue, and various other places whose significance contributes to the fame of Dubrovnik.
